Olympiakos signs Kyle Wiltjer

Former Gonzaga Bulldog Kyle Wiltjer’s next basketball address will be in Piraeus.

The well-traveled Wiltjer announced on Sunday on Twitter that he has signed with Olympiakos, a traditional EuroLeague power.

Wiltjer’s arrival is due in part to an injury to Olympiakos forward Kim Tillie, older brother of Gonzaga sophomore forward Killian Tillie.

Wiltjer, a 6-foot-10 forward, was waived recently by the Toronto Raptors after playing in three preseason games.

He played in 14 games last year as a rookie with Houston and spent the rest of the season with the Rockets’ G-League team.
