Evangelia Platanioti takes home gold in World Aquatics Championships

Greek artistic swimmer Evangelia Platanioti clinched gold in the women’s solo technical final of the World Aquatics Championships in Doha, Qatar, on Saturday.
The 29-year-old Platanioti secured 272.9633 points for her performance, securing the top position.
She is followed by Canada’s Jacqueline Simoneau who won silver and Chinese Huiyan Xu who won bronze.
