Compromising the future

The leftist-led government has, albeit belatedly, discovered what growth means for a country’s economy. Rather than dismiss growth, it is now singing its praises.

However, growth doesn’t mean just the economy and its indices.

Investing in education and training is also considered a vital building block of a country’s growth.

But, unfortunately, those that hold the reins of power have decided to use education as a forum to peddle their perspective, informed by a strictly leftist ideology.

The result is that the backward course that higher education has been put on will compromise the country’s future.
