Unrestrained protests

The situation in the domain of public security is getting out of control. These days even coalition partners SYRIZA and Independent Greeks are being targeted by unknown assailants.

In the past, both parties would make excuses for even the most extreme forms of protest. Right now, the public can only watch as churches are targeted by the supporters of violence.

Greek people have every right to be worried and enraged by the position adopted by the current administration.

If nothing changes, the phenomenon will no doubt take on gigantic, dangerous dimensions in the fall.
