The big chill
The large-scale revelations by American economist James Galbraith in his book “Welcome to the Poisoned Chalice” regarding the SYRIZA-Independent Greeks government’s infamous Plan B which the administration had drafted at a time of major illusion are nothing short of chilling.
This chilling feeling is growing stronger as the negative consequences of Brexit are being felt more intensely with every day that goes by. Britain’s economy could under no circumstances be compared to Greece’s, plus the country was never part of the eurozone.
Anyone in their right mind could easily imagine what would happen if Plan B was ever to be implemented in this country.
Unfortunately, given the correlation of powers in the current Parliament, the case will not become the subject of an investigation by a House committee.
