Release Greece’s potential
Greece remains a non-competitive country in an extremely tough global environment and its low ranking has again been confirmed in lists published by international organizations.
But its poor performance cannot be explained by a lack of human resources or comparative advantages because it is extremely rich in both.
The simple truth is that Greece has been gradually squeezed into a straitjacket that prevents the country from advancing. Inadequate politicians, a state that is on the brink of collapse, confusing and convoluted legislation, a justice system that is struggling to do its job and of course the mountain of red tape have all contributed to this sense of constraint.
And we are still looking for the leader and the team that will face the problem and take all the steps necessary to release Greece’s sizable potential.
