Legislative ills

All Greek political parties theoretically agree on the best practices in the legislative process. All parties have recognized, since the restoration of democracy, the problem of last-minute amendments introduced without consultation to unrelated bills.

But it seems that those bad practices are impossible to eradicate. 

There are no excuses. It is only a matter of political will to change this habit that corrodes the work of Parliament.
