Crucial decisions

As the Thessaloniki International Fair approaches, many expect the prime minister to announce radical changes that will represent the reformist agenda with which he established his own political “brand.” 

There is a lot in the way of radical reform that needs to be done in the areas of education, justice and health, and the fact that there are no major political milestones looming on the horizon gives the prime minister the leeway he needs to make decisions that may come at a short-term cost. But such reform will also go down in history – and they will yield benefits in the next electoral race.
