Parties and plans
The government created many expectations regarding the cabinet reshuffle, but the people in any party are a given, as are the laws of political “physics” that always prevail over ambitious plans.
But it is of little importance with which criteria the prime minister’s choices were made. What matters is whether there is a clear plan of action, tangible criteria for measuring their effectiveness, and if something will change in the lives of the people.
