Evaluation and improvement

The cameras on the uniforms of police officers and patrol cars will help not only help uncover possible abuses; but if they are used properly, they will also help to improve the services provided, as they will enable headquarters to constantly assess what is happening in the field and improve their protocols.

And this will be primarily for the benefit of all uniformed employees.
