Small change, big difference

Home delivery of various drugs was successfully tested for the first time during the coronavirus pandemic. Now the Health Ministry intends to establish it for cancer patients. 

It is another example of how, with simple means and at no particular cost, the state can offer services that change the everyday life of citizens.

Not all improvements need legislative intervention and time-consuming reforms.
