Speeding up justice

One of the most important pending reforms is speeding up the administration of justice.

It is very encouraging that the government appears to be moving swiftly and without hesitation on the necessary changes to criminal procedures in order to finally bring the country closer to the European average in terms of trial duration.

It is now necessary for all those involved in the judicial procedures – judges and lawyers – to cooperate constructively.
