Shift on salaries
The competitiveness of the Greek economy has for too many years relied on the contraction of salaries. Now the country has, thankfully, entered a new phase and employment is going up.
All that’s left is for employers to adapt their mentalities to the new reality. Having a good, specialized staff presupposes the requisite salaries – and not because some decision decreed it, but because this is what is needed by the market.
