Unequal progress in digitization

The digitization of government services has been the most noticeable change in the daily life of Greek citizens in recent years.

However, this does not negate the fact that large branches of the state still operate at a glacial pace, while many procedures seem to be maintained only to justify some people’s positions in the organizational chart. 

Much remains to be done.
