Lawlessness and impunity

Incidents of teacher intimidation by students at Greek universities are, unfortunately, not isolated. This and other delinquent behavior that adversely is always allowed to pass without consequences. 

A disciplinary law has been passed that provides for sanctions against students involved in such activities, but it has not been implemented. 

It is up to the universities themselves to break those taboos and protect themselves, using the tools the state has given them.
