Punish the speculators

Uncertainty caused by the war in Ukraine plays in the hands of those who want to induce market panic at home and internationally. 

The state authorities must be on the alert and prevent expedient attempts to exploit the climate at the disadvantage of consumers who have already been hit by the real side-effects of war. 

Anyone who seeks to turn a profit amid this dramatic situation must be resolutely punished.
