Police and will

The special police force that is already being trained to operate at Greece’s five biggest universities will not magically solve the problem of violence and delinquency on campuses. 

This will require the will of the university community in enforcing disciplinary procedures against delinquent behavior that does not fall under criminal law. 

Both, however, are necessary steps to halt the decay of daily life at universities.
