Legal strategy as a key and ongoing element of consulting is today a necessary service that every law and consulting firm must provide to its clients. Many investments have been profitable and successful because an experienced legal advisor, with deep knowledge of his subject and the conditions of the economy, with a realistic and honest approach to the facts, with dynamism in initiatives, had the foresight from the very beginning to analyze the legal contingencies in their implementation in real conditions within the market. Legal strategy often requires a multidisciplinary approach, but it remains a self-contained process that is exclusively lawyer-led, requires a relationship of trust between the entrepreneur and his legal advisor and is certainly not just a part of the general risk assessment carried out by corporate finance executives for investment projects.
