Mixed weather with rain and thunderstorms across Greece
Clouds and scattered showers are expected Sunday in the Ionian, western and northern mainland, northern and eastern Aegean and Crete, with isolated storms in some areas.
Conditions will improve by evening, except in Thrace, where rain will ease gradually. Winds will be southwest at 3 to 5 Beaufort, shifting to northwest by midday.
Temperatures will drop slightly in western and northern Greece, with highs of 24 to 26 degrees Celsius, and 3 to 4 degrees lower in western Macedonia and inland Epirus. Other regions will see highs of 27-30 degrees Celsius, especially in the Dodecanese and Crete.
In Attica, partly cloudy skies are expected throughout Sunday, with clouds becoming thicker in some areas during the afternoon. By evening, conditions will clear. Temperatures will range from 18 to 28 degrees Celsius.
