Fire breaks out in Oropos

A wildfire erupted on Wednesday in Oropos, north of Athens. At present, no residences seem to be in immediate danger.
A team of 34 firefighters, equipped with 11 vehicles, is currently on the scene, aided by two aircraft and two helicopters, endeavoring to contain the blaze.
Motorists should anticipate traffic disturbances in the surrounding vicinity.
