A boy looks at copies of the first Greek drachma notes from the 19th century at an exhibition on the history of the Greek currency and the euro, in an Athens bank yesterday. Yesterday was the last day national currencies were legal tender in Greece and the eight other members of the eurozone that had not already completed the switchover. A ceremony was held at the Zappeion Hall commemorating the event.
