Greek FM quarantined as a ‘precaution’ after contact tests Covid positive
Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias went into quarantine on Wednesday after being informed that a person he had met with has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The decision to go into self-isolation was a “precaution,” the Foreign Ministry said in its announcement.
As a result of the decision, Dendias will not be meeting with his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, who is in Athens on an official visit.
