Assailants vandalize office of university rector

A number of unknown individuals on Friday barged into the office of the rector of the National Technical University of Athens and his deputies, sprayed slogans on the walls and emptied the liquid from the fire extinguishers.

There is also information that they assaulted a number of professors who were in a meeting.

The guards attempted to stop them but were unsuccessful. The attack is attributed to members of far-left groups.
