Athens metro workers call stoppage on Friday morning and night

The Athens metro workers’ union (SELMA) on Wednesday announced strike action for tomorrow on lines 2 and 3 that will result in services starting at 9 a.m. and ending at 11 p.m.

The union said that the stoppage should serve as a “warning” to the government that it will continue to demand better conditions for workers and passengers.
