Vandals flee with cash after detonating ATM in Athens suburb

Unidentified vandals blew up a bank ATM outside a bank in the Athens suburb of Ymittos in the early hours of Monday.

According to police, the vandals probably ignited gas to blow open the device before fleeing with an unspecified sum of cash.

Police are seeking the perpetrators.
