Police seize counterfeit goods west of Athens
More than 200 cardboard boxes containing counterfeit goods were found in a warehouse in Aspropyrgos, western Attica and confiscated by financial crime squad (SDOE) officers Thursday, authorities said.
Most of the products seized were imitation big-brand sunglasses and sports shoes, authorities said.
The confiscated goods were transferred by three trucks to a certified recycling plant to be destroyed.
