Turkey’s hostility opposed by international community, Vitsas says
In comments on Friday, Greece's Alternate Defense Minister Dimitris Vitsas said that Turkey's transgressions and hostile behavior in the region will not be tolerated by the international community.
"Turkey is trying to solve its domestic and foreign policy problems with a a provocativeness, hostility and a revisionist approach to international treaties," Vitsas told 104.9FM. "This will not pass. It has the whole of the international community to contend with," he said.
As for Turkey's recent transgressions in Cyprus's Exclusive Economic Zone, Vitsas indicated that Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras would broach that issue, among others, with his European Union counterparts in a summit in Brussels on Friday.
