Man, 34, charged with scamming seniors
A 34-year-old man in Athens was charged Friday with scamming senior citizens by posing as an accountant working for a relative.
He was arrested last week and, after an investigation, police said Friday that he scammed eight people in the region of northeastern Attica.
The suspect has been repeatedly accused in the past for committing similar offenses.
