Survey: Half of Greeks think Eurogroup deal a bad one

Almost one in two Greeks thinks the bailout deal struck by the government at the Eurogroup on June 15 was a bad thing, according to a survey by Prorata on behalf of the Efimerida ton Syntakton newspaper.

More specifically, the survey, which was published on Friday, showed that 47 percent said the deal was a bad one, while another 20 percent said it was “probably bad.”
13 percent said it was “probably good,” while just six percent said it was a good deal.

Among Syriza supporters, 32 percent said the deal was bad while 23 percent said it was “probably bad.”

20 percent said it was “probably good,” and 10 percent said it was good.
