Human remains found in trash bag in Kolonos

Police were yesterday seeking to determine the identity of a human skeleton found next to a garbage dumpster in the Athens district of Kolonos early yesterday.

According to police sources, some parts of the skeleton were in a bag while others were on the ground next to the dumpster.

The initial impression was that a medical student might have dumped the skeleton but police had not ruled out foul play by late last night.
