Man arrested at Athens airport carrying cocaine from Brazil

Police at Athens International Airport are investigating a 35-year-old Paraguayan national who was arrested after trying to enter Greece with 825 grams of cocaine.

The 35-year-old, who had traveled from Sao Paulo in Brazil via Zurich, had swallowed the illegal narcotics, which were packed into 64 plastic-wrapped capsules, and is believed to be working for an international smuggling network.
