Two arrested for robbing Pyrgos church

A 47-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman have been arrested in the region of Pyrgos, southern Greece, for robbing a local church.

The suspects reportedly entered the Church of Aghion Anargyron and removed chalices and other religious artifacts.

After an investigation, police found the items in their home and returned them to the church.
