Mitsotakis talks security in Israel
New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis began a visit to Israel on Saturday for talks with the country’s political leadership.
His agenda includes discussions on regional cooperation, energy issues as well as the ramifications on the eastern Mediterranean of the protracted crisis in Syria.
According to party sources, the conservative leader is seeking to highlight Greece’s intention to be a regional force of stability by fostering cooperation on a wide range of issues with neighboring countries.
