Transport ministry department targeted in Argos arson attack

Police in the Peloponnese were investigating an arson attack which caused damage to a Transport Ministry office next to the Nafplio-Nea Kios national highway early Wednesday.

According to reports, unknown assailants broke into the department’s driving license division and threw homemade explosive devices which exploded inside the building.

There were no reports of injuries.
