Three teens accused of dealing drugs in exchange for valuables
Three youths, aged 15, 16 and 19, alleged to have been dealing drugs to minors outside schools in Argyroupoli, southeastern Athens, faced a prosecutor on Thursday.
The three were detained after one of them was caught outside a school in possession of drugs, a police source said.
According to a police investigation, the trio formed a drug dealing ring six months ago and sold drugs to pupils in exchange for jewelry and other valuables that most had stolen from their parents.
A police search on the home of the 19-year-old turned up some of the jewelry.
