Link between murder, assaults on women, explored
Police are investigating whether there is a link between the murder of a woman in Maroussi and a would-be rapist who was arrested on Wednesday on charges he attacked several women in the area.
The decomposed, half-naked body of the 69-year-old woman, who went missing last month, was found Wednesday on a stairwell in the basement of an apartment block, leading police to suspect she was the victim of a sex crime.
