Lawyers extend strike to April 25
Greek lawyers have decided to extend their strike until April 25. They walked off the job in protest after the government announced its plans for pension reform in January.
Their union said that the latest of several decisions to continue the rolling strikes was taken ahead of the coalition tabling the relevant bill in Parliament, possibly next week.
The protesting lawyers, who will see their social security contributions increase under the planned reform, said that their objections had not been taken into account.
