Greek students on Brussels field trip reported safe
Fourteen students and their chaperones from a high school in the Evrytania region of central Greece who were on an educational visit to the European Parliament in Brussels on Tuesday were confirmed to be safe, the ANA-MPA news agency reported.
The school group was in the Belgian capital when two bombs went off at the main airport and a central metro station, killing at least 30 people and injuring dozens.
A teacher contacted by ANA-MPA confirmed that all the students and school staff were safe, adding that plans to return to Greece on Wednesday may have to be changed.
