Report: Just 1 in 5 senior managers is a woman in Greece
Slightly more than one in five senior managers at Greek companies is a woman (22 percent), according to an annual report conducted by global professional services company Ernst & Young and published Monday.
The percentage of women on company boards is even lower at 11 percent, EY said.
“It is obvious that we still have a long way to go to close the gender gap when it comes to professional development,” said Panayiotis Papazoglou, the managing director of EY’s Greek branch.
