Passenger in Pantelidis crash in critical condition
One of the two female passengers seriously injured in a car crash which claimed the life of singer Pantelis Pantelidis in southern Athens on Thursday, on Friday remained in intensive care following surgery at Evangelismos Hospital. The second woman was being treated in the hospital’s orthopedic wing.
Early reports suggested the singer, who was driving the vehicle, was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. His funeral is scheduled to take place in Nea Ionia on Saturday.
