Seven face child abuse charges in Thessaloniki

A 44-year-old was remanded in custody in Thessaloniki on Monday after facing a magistrate in connection to charges of torturing and sexually abusing his former partner’s two sons, aged 9 and 11.

According to the case file, the suspect faces charges for sexual abuse including rape.

The victims’ 37-year-old mother, who authorities said was arrested on Monday, faces charges in the same case. along with another five suspects.
