Ferry passengers advised to check on sailings due to strong winds

Ferry passengers have been advised to call to check if sailings will take place after gale force winds forced a number of cancellations on Sunday.

Three ferries were unable to leave Piraeus on Sunday afternoon, while a number of other local crossings, including between Cycladic islands, were also cancelled as the wind reached up to 9 on the Beaufort scale.
