Athens hospital staff to walk off job
Employees at the Attikon Hospital in Athens are to stage a five-hour work stoppage on December 17 to protest underfunding and understaffing.
The employees’ union claims the hospital has 350 fewer staff members than it should.
The hospital will be operating on a skeleton staff during the stoppage.
