Potami congress postponed until late February
To Potami has said that its congress, where members were expected to debate the centrist party’s political future in the wake of its poor election performance, has been postponed until late February.
The conference was originally scheduled for early December.
Party officials said that the timing was not proper in light of serious political developments and the intensification of the refugee crisis.
Potami garnered 4 percent of the vote in national elections on September 20, prompting some calls for an alliance with PASOK socialists.
