TV debate to take place Sept 9
A televised debate among Greek party leaders will take place on Wednesday, it was agreed Friday.
An agreement was made possible after Independent Greeks leader Panos Kammenos rescheduled his planned appearance at the Thessaloniki International Fair, reports said.
Golden Dawn, the country's neofascist party, is expected to be snubbed from the event.
Meanwhile, a separate debate just between SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras and New Democracy’s Evangelos Meimarakis will be held on Monday, September 14.
It will be the first TV debate since 2009.
