Police question members of Trikala gang of thieves

Nine suspected members of a burglary ring that has been targeting homes in the broader area of Trikala, central Greece, were being questioned in the central city on Saturday.

Of the nine suspects arrested, three are minors, while an additional two suspected members, aged 17 and 18, are being sought.

Police are also seeking the parents of the minors implicated in the racket on charges of inadequate supervision.

The ring members are to face multiple charges of theft and running a criminal organization.
