Teen arrested over Athens hash haul
Police in northern Athens were questioning a 17-year-old Albanian national on Monday who was found to have 10 kilograms of cannabis hidden in an allotment behind his home in Acharnes.
The youth was arrested as part of the force’s ongoing efforts to crack down on the drug trade.
The cannabis had been packaged into nine parcels, apparently ready for sale.
The 17-year-old was to face a prosecutor later in the day.
