Suspects questioned over Drama, Kavala, Serres burglaries

Six people aged between 22 and 38 are being investigated in connection with at least 63 burglaries on homes in Drama, Kavala and Serres between July 2001 and January 2012.

Two of the suspects are already in prison for separate crimes, with police now looking for their four accomplices, all of whom have a criminal record.

Investigators believe the gang netted around 200,000 euros in cash as well as hundreds of euros in jewelry and other valuables during the string of robberies.
