Dijsselbloem: Greek request for new bailout ‘imminent’
Greece is set to make a formal request for a new bailout programme imminently, Eurogroup chief Jeroen Dijsselbloem said Tuesday, after eurozone finance ministers met to discuss the next steps after the Greek referendum.
Dijsselbloem said his new Greek counterpart Euclid Tsakalotos had presented "no concrete measures today" despite demands for a reform plan, but added that a request to the EUs bailout fund was "imminent, possibly within the next few hours." [Reuters]
