Greek police arrest human traffickers near Thessaloniki
Police detained four people for human trafficking early on Saturday near Thessaloniki.
The three men and one woman were arrested on the national road between Thessaloniki and Evzones, when police stopped their car and found they were carrying four undocumented migrants.
The 59-year-old woman was Greek, while her three alleged accomplices were foreign nationals aged between 24 and 41.
Police suspect that the alleged traffickers were working for a 41-year-old woman based in Thessaloniki.
